The cleaners were truly commendable! They were respectful and did their best with the limited resources available.

My reservation got cancelled unexpectedly! The replacement room was filthy with serious maintenance issues—definitely not what I anticipated.

Stay far away from this place!

We had a reservation, but they turned us away late at night, and then charged us a no-show fee! What a joke. The customer service was non-existent, and the whole experience was super frustrating. On a brighter note, there were some good local eats nearby worth checking out.

functional air conditioning

Family should avoid this disaster

The only good thing was the location, close to attractions but not worth the hassle. The air conditioning worked well, that saved us from the heat.

It was pricey for what we got, almost like being robbed.

The local eats around here are vibing! Mofongos is a hidden gem for those crispy sandwiches, and Leonor's Mexican Vegetarian Restaurant is a total fiesta for plant lovers. The staff were chill and point blank told us how the owners were slacking off with room quality.

The room felt off—kind of sketchy, honestly. Definitely didn’t have a cozy vibe to it. It looked like a place you’d find bed bugs. Also, the bathroom felt neglected. there were signs of mold around. Not the worst out there, but wouldn’t recommend it for a chill night.
